2018年12月7日(金)に、英語教育委員会と国際交流センターの共催により、China Loungeを開催いたしました！
本学の協定校である中国・蘇州大学からの交換留学生と本学の学生が集まり、日本の暮らしや中国の文化について意見を交換しました。
蘇州大学と本学の絆を示す「橋」のポスターを囲んで、異文化交流を楽しみました。

 

ENGLISH LOUNGE EVENT WITH SOOCHOW UNIVERSITY EXCHANGE STUDENTS DECEMBER 7

Soochow University exchange students captivate the interest of an eager audience of KIU students from various countries including Japan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and the US as they discuss and share ideas about their stay in Japan and about their university and hometowns in China.
The poster they are holding is a friendship poster made in July 2014 when the Exchange Program between Soochow University and KIU was established. The poster was made as a gesture of goodwill and desire for long-term friendship between the two universities. The other half of the poster was gifted to Soochow University. Both halves have messages on them to one another with a large dominant bridge spanning across the two halves.
The event was organized by English Education Committee and International Exchange Committee.
